The Pharmacy division is a complete nightmare. Every other day, a different fire drill. Upper management (new and from traditional Pharma) doesn't seem to understand the landscape and the sales cycle of selling into hospitals (not private practice). Outrageous call/routing expectations that just piss customers off. Constantly undercut on price by compounding pharmacies and competitors.
