Not much to add. Great culture, hard sell because the sale is out of your control for the most part. Quality of job market matters. No quotas at BH.

Worst job I have ever had. It was a newer office and the manager was horrible. Rotating door of internal staff, I’m not sure one person lasted more than a year besides the manager. This place was the definition of toxic positivity. The base pay was nice. Otherwise, I regret every second of my life that I wasted in this office.
