I’m in the associates division, and while the division is friendly and awesome to work with. I do not see the money potential. Managers are working all day and night and that’s just not something I want to do. It’s also hard to sell when you are getting undercut by every other agency.

The culture at Beacon Hill is great, you get to meet, and work with amazing people. I would never work for another staffing firm.
