Good work-life balance and a flexible work environment. However, there isn’t solid training provided—you learn as you go. Internal communication could be improved; often, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

Bentley has 500 products, 48 brands, and they sell to multiple verticals from engineering, construction, owner operators, to public DOT and cities. Given that product market fit can be strong in one team and vertical and non existent in another.
