My overall experience was good. Each office is set up differently and my office had amazing training and a wealth of knowledge if you were willing to ask and take the time to train and be take up opportunities, although this is totally on you and no body else is going to force you into it.

This is pretty normal in Real estate. At this point from what i have seen its the teams or knowledge of individual sales people that leads to success and less about the brokerage per se
