Former Employee The B2B team at BetterHelp (called BetterHelp Business) is very much a startup within a startup. Most of BetterHelp's business comes from the DTC side of the house and B2B often felt like an afterthought. The amount of inbounds the team received was very impressive due to the prevalence of BetterHelp as a household name. That did not always translate to us winning deals against our competitors (Lyra, Spring, Modern Health) who ONLY competed in the B2B space. The incentive structure was very flawed and none of the AEs made quota (or anywhere near it). Ultimately the team and the B2B product was absorbed by the parent company, Teladoc.
