PLG GTM motion with strong focus on building subscription base. Once limits are reached, customer reaches out to Sales team to upgrade to Enterprise license. Very health inbound funnel. Great leadership; however, Sales team not prioritized as Product was the focus. Realistic to reach 70-90% of quota. Saturated market makes it a tough product to sell consistently.

Just really struggling to find a fit for what they do. Old code base seemed to be the elephant in the room in every meeting. Amazing people, good culture, but no idea where they go.
