Former Employee1.1Feb 16, 2024CRO is a total knob job and has no clue how to manage and motivate a team. There's no accountability from the top. Just an overall terrible environment. If you read any good review on here, my guess is that it's the CRO pretending to someone else. Most people in the A.E. role here are miserable.

Former Employee2.0Sep 3, 2025Company had done some major overhaul. AEs are churning, SDRs dont stay long, and no one is promoted. The culture doesnt micromanage and let's you be chill, but its not good for growth. Also, product market fit is bad as the market is oversaturated
