Current Employee My time at BHN offered valuable experience in incentive-based SaaS sales and exposed me to the complexities of working within a larger, evolving organization. While I achieved strong individual results—including exceeding quota and closing one of the company’s largest multi-year SaaS deals—I often found there were challenges related to cross-functional alignment and communication.
Strategic direction from executive leadership was not always clearly articulated, which sometimes led to misalignment between departments and delayed frontline enablement. Additionally, limited accountability across teams made it difficult to address systemic issues effectively. Over time, it became clear the company was shifting toward a more transactional, volume-driven sales model—one that didn’t fully leverage my consultative approach or strategic sales experience.
While I’m proud of what I accomplished, I ultimately felt that my skills were not fully utilized or appreciated in the company’s evolving direction.
