Former Employee Very poor sales environment. The training lacked structure and real coaching — mostly motivational talk with little practical guidance. Management focused only on daily call volume and pipeline numbers instead of helping reps improve. Promised base pay during training was never delivered, and turnover is extremely high. They seem to hire anyone without proper screening just to fill seats.
If you’re serious about building a long-term sales career, look elsewhere. There’s no real development or stability here.
