The company is still going through an evolution post-acquisition by Bloomberg. There are a lot of positives to this, as Bloomberg has been a very successful organization for a reason. However the sales leadership that cane from Bloomberg forced a structure of pricing, packaging and sales process that worked in financial markets, but was not well-received in the legal market at the Enterprise level. Getting paid was always a fight with Finance, since incremental was not transparent until post-sale. The organization did make a point to promote from within and emphasized training and development. Diversity and inclusion were emphasized in words and in practice.

My coworkers are great to work with and make the job enjoyable, but the management team definitely needs some improvement. There’s a noticeable lack of communication and organization at the leadership level, which can make things more challenging than they need to be.
