Really poor product market fit, poor front line leadership but good people. A stable work environment (hard to fire anyone when no one is hitting numbers) . The product is good but the pricing structure is awful, product is not well differentiated from legacy and at the end of the day customers are not feeling enough pain to justify switching costs.

Bloomberg needs to increase the base pay to meet the same pay that external hires receive; the compensation enterprise/mid-market employees receive forces many employees out of the company. Pay structure needs drastic improvement
