Former Employee Great product that the customers love. No training or development. Management and leadership are severely unqualified and it shows in lack of communication, direction and accountability that trickles down. All the work and blame goes to the rep as leadership continues to dodge valid questions or concerns to keep their plates light. Meetings with no solutions. If you are completely self sufficient and can work around the toxicity you can make good money because the product is loved.
