The product itself is strong and delivers real value, but the company struggles with transparency both internally and externally. Leadership needs significant improvement in communication, alignment, and direction. There’s also a noticeable push to reduce salaries, creating misaligned expectations with employees. Overall, while the offering is great, the leadership approach and compensation philosophy leave much to be desired. Loyalty feels dead here, as long-term commitment and contributions aren’t valued.

Releasing unfinished product which causes backlash from customer, and sales reps/account managers are the ones who have to fix it all for the customer. Leadership will do large sweeping motions without seeing how it affects the broader organization. Lots of questionable things on their roadmap, when customers are clearly very vocal about what they need.
