When the company was smaller it was good to work for. When it started expanding, like any other brokerage it started reducing compensation and implementing changes that actually reduced your day to day booking. Some very excellent people that work there. Also, some not very excellent people. Depends on the team you end up on. Any 3pl or freight sales role is tough and is a grind. Work hard, embrace the chaos and you will be fine. Untill you get burntout which is common and leave. Goodluck to any soul that is slinging freight!

Great place to start off a sales career. You are able to master the basics of selling- cold calling emails and prospecting. Moving up within the organization however is difficult without having further outside experience in logistics/sales.
