Current Employee The CEO of this company creates an extremely difficult work environment. She often treats employees like commodities and has a tendency to respond with anger or blame rather than leadership. Many people feel belittled and unsupported, and there is very little respect shown toward the team.
Accountability is frequently shifted onto others, and the lack of clear direction makes it challenging to succeed. For anyone considering joining, I strongly recommend exploring other opportunities. It’s simply not worth the stress or the experience you’re likely to encounter here.
