Boon AI started in the trucking and logistics space but never had a real market fit. The bigger issue was the leadership. I’m not talking about the sales managers or team leads, I’m talking about the CEO. This was the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. A couple of experienced sales leaders came over from a reputable company and were the only reason the place held together. Once they left, everything fell apart fast. The CEO ran the company into the ground just like her last one. She constantly made promises to customers about features that didn’t exist and would flat out lie to close deals. Compensation was decent since they had plenty of funding to throw around, but the turnover was unreal. People were getting hired and fired within weeks. If you’re thinking about joining Boon AI, don’t walk away, RUN.

I'm pretty sure this is a money laundering scheme. They gave equity to the company that bought to get Boon over $1 million revenue (not including churn, which is 99%) in order to raise Series A. The amount of lying being done to close deals, only to have them churn within months, is criminal. The product does not exist.
