Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Started out super promising and I've gotten tons of experience and growth here. However, due to massive org hires in late 2021, leadership culture was severely affected for 2022. Thankfully, most of the poor leadership hires were fired by EOY 2022, after they essentially drove the company into the ground. I'd say the company is recovering, but now has the problem of spreading reps too thin, assigning multiple roles to anyone with promise and taking away from their ability to sell. Time will tell if they will be able to turn it back around.
