I was recruited, hired, trained, and fired within a month with zero explanation of how I was not meeting expectations. I was hired for an AE role and was fired without even getting the opportunity to do a single software demo. I had no warning, no chance to meet a quota (as I was not given a full month to do so) and my head is still spinning. Something stinks here.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. While the culture is amazing, the commission structure made very little longterm sense.

Only really sells to salons, medspas, nail salons etc. Heavy calling to get to quota as there isn't much outreach emailing. Good people but if you want a serious sales career and learn real sales tactics then this place may not be the best place
