Current Employee The company has a strong culture with values that truly align with me, and I’ve always appreciated the focus on diversity and inclusivity—it’s one of the best parts of working here. The base salary for Account Executives is competitive and in line with industry standards. Where improvement is needed is in the commission structure, since payouts only happen once a customer goes live, which can take months or fall through due to factors outside of the AE’s control. A split model (partial payout at close, remainder at launch) would provide more timely recognition for the sales team’s efforts. The product itself has great potential, but like any software, it has its ups and downs, which can sometimes make selling more challenging. One area that can feel tough is job security—the company has made several cuts to the sales team and isn’t hesitant to replace people quickly.
