Current Employee Decent team to immediately work with, but fairly significant lack of transparency. Sales suffer as a result of being lost to price wars. Differentiation is difficult if not often impossible. Much of your career here is entirely dependent on the quality of your branch manager as a leader. Attempts to seek out help from sales leadership often result in credit being taken. Benefits are negligible, besides the company vehicle and gas card (which they deduct from your pay for if you use it for personal use).
