Former Employee4.3Sep 23, 2024Overall experience was a positive one at B&B. Good on training and Continuing Education.
Former Employee3.1Jul 20, 2023Poor work-life balance, long sales cycle, zero inbound leads. Grind grind grind. Great earning potential, but it's going to take everything you got to get there. And then they will ask for more.

Former Employee3.1Jul 28, 2023I would rate the corporate culture and sales comp philosophy a 4.5, however most of the sales force operates in a decentralized model where B&B corporate policies and processes sometimes do not trickle down. There were some branches with exceptional operations and comp structure. Product fit and options were extraordinarily robust.

Former Employee1.6Apr 20, 2025Out dated tech usage made selling in the modern era difficult. Still operating in the old school style of selling, while other profit centers are able to implement any tooling they believe will support GTM efforts.
