Former Employee It was one of the worst experiences of my professional career. Leadership had no clue how to cultivate talent and support the BDR team. It was a literal sweatshop. They wanted you to make more than 85 dials per day and penalized you for taking breaks. Micromanaged people and never gave quality feedback or training on calls to learn and grow. The sales trainer had to hire a trainer to figure out how to help us sell a product that was clearly not well received by the market.
