Current Employee CD North America is really great because of the leaders and the coworkers. Tom and Alex are exceptional bosses that have the best interest in mind for every member of their team.
But,
It's still a recruiting job. Great when good, horrible when bad. Base salaries are really low for the industry average. OTEs can be hit in good times but earning commissions feels more random and lucky than due to hard work.
Training does not exist, it's trial by fire. Get on the phones, make mistakes, get chewed out, and get back on the phone.
Overall, the culture is great but the pay and the work make it a really tough job.
