Former Employee High turn-over in management from President to VP to Regional Management created difficulty seeing plans come through. Commission structures were dependent on individuals making their targets and "pool". In general it was a difficult environment. Negative: High achieving individuals searching for growth opportunities. Positive: perfect role for very tenured members, and newcomers not motivated by variable-performance based pay.
