My overall experience at this company has been mixed. Starting base salary is fine, variable comp structure leaves a lot to be desired. I'm tasked with managing existing clients in addition to sourcing new ones, but there's little to no incentive in renewals/growth with current accounts.

Overal experience was good. It'd a lsrge company and you have plenty 9f career possibilities. A lot of people are working 10+ years at the company. The brand is also very know in the market. And thst comes with a cost. Often clients say Capgemini is more expensive than others.
