Former Employee My overall experience at Cellular Sales in the Nashville area was fantastic. Of course every job has pros and cons, but the culture was mostly positive, and this job gives you the potential to make six figures if you’re willing to work hard. It is 100% commission so some months you’ll make $10k and others you’ll make $4k. The scheduling was very flexible and I was able to pick my own shifts.
