Cepheid is a wonderful company to work for and the products are impactful in the healthcare space. It makes you feel like you can actually contribute to the healing of patients, all while being compensated handsomely.

Best product on the market, but leadership is out to lunch with TAM. Quotas are insane and totally inequitable—great if you’re in a big territory. Leadership is beyond reactionary and some are rather rude. I made a lot of money when there was a lot of opportunity, but I’ve sold it all, and now I can’t make money.
