My overall experience was terrible. Poor management and culture overall. Turnover was very high. Very little support for reps because there hardly any leads coming in and no base pay for when things were slow. If you are going to work here, have money saved up and experience with in-home sales because you will definitely need it. At least for the Dayton market anyway.

Stay clear from this role as in In-home consultant. Company sells overpriced windows and doors and aggressively pisses off customers.

the product was the same as competitors in sunrooms. even competing again sister company Patio Enclosures with high prices. With windows, comparable windows, besides the glass, are half the price.
