Current Employee Christensen is a company where senior leadership lacks vision, initiative and the willingness to self evaluate. Lots of “dead weight” near the top. Persons who have failed in multiple roles but who keep getting shifted from role to role, often in positions that make no sense and provide zero value while front line managers are unsupported.
