Seems like a great company since your selling to nonprofits and as an SDR (which they make you stay in for a year min) you learn a lot if youre coming from no experience and can easily hit quota with inbound leads. As a BDR (which they make you stay in for a year min), the pay is very misleading. I made more as an SDR before moving to BDR even though OTE is 86k. Thats including C/W which I think maybe 1 or 2 reps ever hit only once in my entire time there.

Layoffs suck - almost a whole department gone due to mismanagement

Classy has a lot to figure out. The enterprise team is doing well, but they recently had massive layoffs (80+ sales people across SMB and MM) that included multiple pregnant employees who had declared maternity leave. Severance offerings made no considerations for this.
