Former Employee My experience was common for anyone working within the sales organization which was nothing short of horrible. The software does not compete with major competitors’ nor the level of training and knowledge of the technicians reading the case set-ups.
No training, a list of accounts that were deemed as customers only to find out they left months prior due to poor product quality, and a leadership team that was dismissive of the reality of provider complaints and the inability to grow market share in a territory unless it was dominated by contracted DSOs. Don’t waste your time with this company.
