Compensation plan is severely lacking but base salary and product market fit are good. No bonus for singing brand new accounts. Commission rate is 6% with no accelerators and with many deals resulting in closer to 5 percent because of penalties for not securing certain terms

Territory was bad, company was in a transitioning time. Pays Boise area wages, which you don't need to settle for with remote work now.
