The grocery sales teams are amazing, some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Higher ups are struggling with direction and instilling confidence in the sales teams.

Great people that work here, but so many restructures and layoffs in my time there. 3 different restructures in my first six months and four in my first year. When businesses don't hit their numbers the first reaction is to lay people off rather than fix other things.

Company offers nice base pay, but very limited upside potential in terms of commission. Excellent benefit package (health insurance, PTO, etc); however, has been struggling with focus and multiple rounds of reorganizations for several years in medical/professional sales division
