Overall experience has been good. The workload is manageable, but it sometimes feels like they aren't listening when you say you might need something. The process of moving up from SDR to Market Manager (AE) is a little bit of a hassle having to take a 2 to 3 month crash course on top of your current SDR position without the benefit of the additional pay, so you're basically working two jobs for the same amount of money

The pay here is well below industry standard. as a result, they can’t keep good people because people use it as a springboard to get the technology experience and go somewhere else to make literally tens of thousands of dollars more in salary.
