Current Employee Overall, the role is relatively low-stress and offers a good degree of autonomy, which I appreciate. I have a strong appreciation for my immediate leadership, who are supportive but they don't know how to onboard any new reps which is proving detrimental. There is a general lack of confidence in the broader sales organization. Unfortunately, the current structure does not effectively support long-term success or clear opportunities for growth within the role.
