They fired me "for performance reasons", less than 3 months before my wife and I had our first child - saving them from paying me ~$35k+ in commission, paternity leave (4-6 weeks), and equity which would have vested (1 year) within 2 weeks of returning from paternity. Never gave me an explanation or debriefed/reached out after.
They preach "we are a family" but treat everyone as disposable. Be wary of execs / managers. Product is low value and a commodity, may be obsolete with AI & LLM capabilities, and is very overpriced.
