It all started well, but the market for tech assessment solutions is oversaturated, and due to a large percentage of tech companies not hiring, new business has all but dried up. Churn has also gone through the roof. Codility is a market leader, but unfortunately, the need for the solutions offered just isn't there anymore.

my overall was great. Codility has a great collaborative culture, great compensation plan but unfortunately they had to restructure the org

Product needs updating and lots of changes in the teams and company due to redundancies but hopefully things will get better :)
