Overall culture of fear that starts with the CEO. Nice people at mid-level but revolving door among higher-ups. Leads not equitably distributed. Unicorn ha! Massively overhired in sales and at VP level. Stock options non-existent because sellers and leaders were let go before the 12 month vesting cliff. No scruples. Learned about Amazon and Ecommerce then got out.

Good product working with top brands globally, culture is mixed bag, leadership is a revolving door, lots of turnover, and changing roadmap If you just care about making money, CIQ is a good opportunity to make some money, but will require some luck.

dont expect loyalty from this company as they will throw you under the bus even if you over deliver! good results only stay top of mind for about 30 days!
