They have an enablement team that is good, but everyone is stretched really thin and doing numerous jobs. Direction and strategy are largely unclear and ping pong back and forth

Highly commoditized space, and the pricing strategy is based on whim rather than value provided. Verticals such as sports get significant discounts to leverage over others to compete. New leadership is desperate for an exit above all.
