Current Employee Conductor is a great place to get experience working for a mid stage startup. Being in the SEO industry for the past decade, they've grown a lot during the last 3 years.
However, company leadership is hellbent on providing value for customers, at the expense of value for their employees. Layoffs have been more common than ever and benefits have been cut. Base compensation for the SDR role is way lower than what other companies offer and there is no direct path for upward mobility in the company. Had I known I'd be an SDR for 2 years with no steps taken to get into an AE role, I would never have applied nor worked here.
