I have worked at Conductor for more than 6 years. I love this company and what it stands for. We have the best product in the marketplace. There are definitely problems at the company that need to get better and hopefully they get fixed sooner rather than later.

Very slow to promote, often taking 2-3 years an SDR to see any kind of internal promotion. Good product, but largely undercut by other cheaper technologies, impacting retention, opp creation, sales performance, etc.

A lot of inbound leads come from companies who are nowhere ready for the solution considering the price and titles needed.
