There is no direction-- way too many reps and complete lack of process--- think they have some unique product and just want you to beat your prospects down with un salesy threats to get deals done. If execs get involved its guaranteed closed lost. Very annoying and frustrating environment

Two things are inevitable here, the first is that you will never hit anywhere near quota and secondly, you WILL be sacked.
