Current Employee4.4Mar 19, 2024Consilium is a great company. You will make a lot of calls but it is worth it if you see the big picture. The first promotion is strictly based on production. You will have to put in the work but they reward those that do. Faith-based company too, which is cool.

Former Employee2.7Jun 30, 2024It is a great place and culture to work for. Great people and you will definitely learn a lot about sales. But the industry is the only problem, I’m not a fan of the healthcare staffing industry. It really depends on what team you land on.
