Restructuring compensation constantly and not setting clear objectives. They were still trying to figure out our incentive compensation. Base for my role was fair with little incentive pay. The company marketing brought in plenty of warm leads.

Most people are not hitting OTE. They are making it harder to do so each and every day. Becoming more micromanaging as well.
