Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was pretty eh. Commission structure is horrible. With logistics you need to know every single one of your loads is going to go wrong. Management is unimpressive, they mess around all day talking about sports and when you need something work related they act like you just asked them to run a marathon. The only way you get good accounts is if you’re handed them from terminated employees. They hand out PIPs like candy. Turnover rate is ridiculous, most tenured sales reps are about a year. All in all just a very tough company to make a lot of money at.
