Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I loved working at Criteo even though their comp was below market value. The benefits were definitely solid though. My managers and teammates were awesome to work with and the work/life balance was top notch. If the pay was higher I'd say this was the best job I ever had. Criteo is in for a tough year or two when 3PC go away. I was laid off despite being by far the top revenue generator on my team. Criteo simply never prioritized new business sales. The NB team didn't get invited to trade shows and there were no resources in place to generate demand. So the fact that I was able to beat my FY2023 target by 160% should speak to my abilities. Some way, some how, that was not enough to keep my job. Still wish them all the best. I'd take my old job back in a heartbeat if it were offered to me.
