The product is great, very top of the line. Sales enablement is horrendous. They bully you into learning the product with no guidance on what specifically to learn. Executive leadership has goals 3x higher than they are willing to invest in so when their plan doesn’t work, they find a way to blame everyone on the bottom. Stress levels are so high, people take medical leave often.
