Former Employee The people they hire are great, work is remote, and the product is quite interesting, however it's a nice to have rather than a mission critical solution. When customers churn they often don't even replace the software. They sell into a very nice industry and have reached a point where they are struggling to find growth. They've over hired their sales team to try and force growth so very few people actually hit plan. AE comp is also cliffed, so if you don't reach 90% of your plan, you get a fraction of what you've worked hard to close.
