Good start in sales, but relied on selling to your family/friends. Most people already have knife sets and are not looking for new sets even if the cutco product is better quality

Great commission only opportunity. All coaching and mentoring, health insurance, all business related expenses are on the rep as a 1099.

Overall I did not enjoy working at CUTCO, training was all right. Pay was terrible with zero base pay, and do not feel like it was set up for success.
